I N V O for CD Art Display

I'd fixed the image "case" that appears as the Intro of the skin, the one that tells you to choose between the 2 styles.

This is my second skin in TAB style. This is the first time i use the Default as an intro to the Styles,
also is the first time i make the Left and Right styles for the users choice and the first time i create
a notifier for a skin. (Wow, too many "first time this, first time that...")

I wanna thanks to :iconwarrenlouw: for allowing me to use his image "gia" as a No Cover, this is a [link] to his deviation.
Warren, thanks for be a good deviant and allowing me to use such cool and popular image of yours. :thumbsup:

I don't want to bore you with the details of creation, but i'll answer any question in comments.

tai - as a retired artist - "amigo-isto" is my embelishment in latin-spanish for "amigo" - it is in the form to express affectionate sentiment in kind - one hopes this explanation is helpfull to you in regard's.

Oh, i thought that you were tryin' to say "little friend"
wich is "Amiguito", that's why i confuse.
Other confussion i got was "Amigo-Listo" wich means
"Clever friend" or "Smart friend"
as you see the all sound alike in spanish.

issue resolved - i had to extract the installer and manually install fonts - incase anyone else has this issue.
